Delete your Fuselings account and data

Fastest way: in the game

1. Open Fuselings.
2. Go to Settings > Privacy.
3. Tap Delete my data and confirm.

This deletes your online account right away (or the next time you are online) and everything the game stored on your device.

Without the app

Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account" and include:

• your Player ID (shown in the game under Settings > Privacy), or
• your display name and roughly when you last played, if you no longer have the ID.

Email a deletion request

The game has no login, so we may ask a question to check the account is yours, for example your display name and best score. We delete within one month and confirm by email.

What we delete

• Your account, Player ID, device key and sign-in tokens
• Your display name, country and last-played date
• Your cloud save and your recovery code
• Your usage stats, league history and wallet history
• The moves and timings of all your games

What we keep, and for how long

• Your scores stay on past leaderboards under the name "Deleted player", with nothing that links them to you.
• Purchase records (store transaction IDs and amounts) for as long as Greek tax law requires us to keep them.
• Backups: deleted data is gone from our backups within 60 days.
