Terms of use

1. Who we are

Fuselings is offered by Extalia, a sole proprietorship in Greece, [email protected]. Full details are on the Imprint page.

2. Who can play

The game is meant for players aged 13 and over. Players under 18 should read these terms with a parent or guardian.

On iPhone and iPad, Apple's standard licence terms for apps also apply. On Android, these terms apply directly.

3. Your account

The game makes an account for you automatically, linked to your device. There is no login. Your progress is backed up on our server, and a recovery code (Settings > Account > Recovery code) lets you restore it on another device. If you lose both your device and your recovery code, we may not be able to restore your progress. Keep your Player ID (Settings > Privacy) if you want to contact us.

4. Play fair

Do not cheat, use bots or modified apps, exploit bugs, or attack our servers. We check ranked scores automatically. Scores that fail the check count as practice. We can remove scores and, for serious or repeated abuse, suspend an account.

Display names must not be offensive, pretend to be someone else or contain contact details. We may change a name that breaks these rules.

5. Coins, gems and purchases

• Coins and gems are in-game currencies. You can earn them by playing or buy them in the app store. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or moved to someone else, and do not expire.
• Everything in the shop and the Workshop has a fixed price that we show. There are no random paid rewards (no loot boxes). Where a price is in gems, we also show an approximate value in euros.
• Apple or Google process all payments. Their terms apply to payment and refunds, so ask them for refunds.
• Right of withdrawal: digital content is delivered at once. At checkout you agree that delivery starts straight away, and you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once it starts.
• If something you paid for does not arrive or does not work, write to [email protected]. Your legal rights for faulty digital content are not affected.
• Delete my data also erases coins and gems you bought. This cannot be undone.

6. Offers and sales

Time-limited offers end when the timer says. When we show a reduced price, the "was" price is the lowest price of that item in the 30 days before the reduction.

7. Ads

The free game shows ads. The one-time Remove Ads purchase stops ads between games. Optional reward videos stay available if you want their rewards.

8. Changes to the game

We keep improving the game and may change, add or remove features, items and events. If a change removes something you paid for, we will offer an equivalent item or a refund through the store.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, for example for intent, gross negligence or injury.

10. Law and disputes

Greek law applies. This does not take away the protection of the consumer law of the EU country where you live, and you can also use your local courts.
